but there’s no amount of money you could pay me to have children in this day and age.. I fear for the safety of my own grandchildren..

another school shooting.. a young man stands up in the cafeteria and starts shooting at fellow students.. STUDENTS! for chrissakes.. people not even mature enough to make good decisions yet they can get their hands on a gun at a moment’s notice.. not just a little bebe gun.. no.. like Glocks.. and AK47s.. I can’t even find the local drug dealer and they can find guns?

I remember my school days.. I went to five high schools in three different states and in the District of Columbia.. between all those schools.. I knew of only two girls who were pregnant.. and three who died.. either from illness or a drunk driving accident.. the worst I ever saw was a fist fight between two boys.. i never saw girls fight.. bitchy back stabbing behavior.. yes.. but not fighting.. but now we can read about an 11 year old California girl dying just hours after being in a fist fight with another 11 year old.. OVER. A. BOY.. and a friend of the girl who died said that there were a bunch of girls trying to break up the fight but a bunch of boys were holding them back because they wanted to see it.. 

I don’t have the answers.. I don’t know if it’s the unequaled violence they see in video games and movies.. or uninvolved parents.. or a weakened disciplinary system in the schools.. so many kids today have no sense of respect.. or value of life.. 

all I know is that when a society looses its children.. it begins to decay..
